By accessing or using Report Desk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Report Desk is an operations software platform designed for physical businesses (including arcades and other unattended or semi-attended environments).

The platform allows operators to:

  • Track and manage machines, locations, and operations
  • Receive and manage issue reports
  • Monitor activity and performance
  • Streamline internal workflows

Report Desk is currently in an early access / pilot phase. Features may change, improve, or be removed at any time.

3. Data Ownership & Control

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Report Desk.

  • Your data belongs to you, not to Report Desk
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
  • You may export your data at any time through the platform
  • You may delete your data at any time, and deletion will remove it from our servers

We act only as a processor of your data to provide the service.

4. No Guarantees

Report Desk is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or completeness of data or reports
  • That issues will be resolved or acted upon

Operators remain fully responsible for their business operations.

5. Operator Responsibilities

Operators are solely responsible for:

  • Monitoring and acting on reports and data
  • Maintenance, repairs, and on-site operations
  • Customer interactions, refunds, and disputes
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Report Desk does not handle payments, refunds, or customer disputes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse.

7. Changes to the Service & Pricing

We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Introduce pricing after the pilot phase (with notice)
  • Update these Terms from time to time

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.

8. Termination

You may stop using Report Desk at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Report Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for lost revenue, operational issues, or disputes
  • Use of the service is at your own risk

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of operation, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
