By accessing or using Report Desk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Report Desk provides a reporting system that allows users to submit issue reports for unattended machines and allows operators to receive and manage those reports.

The service is currently offered in a pilot / MVP phase and may change at any time.

3. No Guarantees

Report Desk is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

That all reports will be submitted, delivered, or received without delay
That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
That reported issues will be resolved

Operators remain fully responsible for machine maintenance, refunds, customer interactions, and on-site actions.

4. Operator Responsibilities

Operators are responsible for:

Monitoring and responding to reports
Acting appropriately on reported issues
Ensuring compliance with local laws and customer obligations
Managing refunds, repairs, or compensation

Report Desk does not handle payments, refunds, or disputes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Abuse, spam, or intentionally submit false reports
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
Use the service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse occurs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Report Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for machine damage, lost revenue, or customer disputes
Use of the service is at your own risk

7. Changes to the Service

We may:

Modify or discontinue features
Change pricing after the pilot phase (with notice)
Update these Terms from time to time

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using Report Desk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, unless otherwise required by law.
